Holiday time: what are the most forgotten items?
A recent survey from travel money website FairFX polled over 2,000 respondents.
They asked travellers to reveal all of the things that they have left behind while travelling, also noting their gender, ages and region.
Sixteen per cent of those polled admitted to forgetting a charger – a third of all 16-24 year olds – while one in 20 of those surveyed were found to leave their medication at home while travelling.
And though just two per cent have forgotten to take their passport with them, it’s a far more common item for Londoners to forget than those hailing from elsewhere.
Here is the list of the most forgotten items, according to the survey:
- Sun cream
- Driving license
- Travel money
- Travel insurance
- Boarding pass (after online check-in)
