Our hotel is a very intersting place to stay, since it gives the tourist the opportunity to visit the most beautyful city of the world without spending a huge amount of money. Indeed our interest is to sell as more as we can by imposing fees which are competitive if compared to those of other venice Hotels. We offer a great service at a small price, without renouncing to some important quality points, since we provide personalized selfcare stuffs (toothbrush, soap and foam bath, shampoo, headset and so on). We also provide boots (gratis) when high water occurs.

Our rooms are very nice and comfortable, because they are planned for every kind of guest: from young people to families with children...therefore we fit to you! You have the opportunity to choose the room typology you do prefer: with bahroom (more expencive but very well equipped) or without it (cheaper but very comfortable). Country information
The area where our hotel lies is the best one, since it's close to the railstation and in the middle of the townlife, but our "Calle" is very quiet and perfect to appreciate the silence of the city itself, a particular atmosphere which you can feel in the only city of the entire world without cars. In the area you can see the famous "Canal Grande" and find everything you are interested to: from the typical Venecian glasses to food shops, from internet points to laundries, from pubs to restaurants...
And remember that in 20 minutes by feet you are in S.Mark's Square!!
How to reach us
- train: stop at venezia santa lucia and at the exit turn left and take first street left (calle priuli). then walk for 50 m. until number 99/a/b; - car highway exit "venezia", then always follow panels to venezia until the parkings of piazzale roma or tronchetto. then take the public waterbus line 82 or 1 and get off at "ferrovia" stop (5 min. - dep. every 10 min. all day, every 20 min. all night with line "n"); - plane 1 :from the airport "marco polo" waterbus blue line "alilaguna" every hour to stop ferrovia (15 min. trip, ticket 10 euro ppers.) or private waterbus taxi, price about 80 euro;
- from treviso airport "san giuseppe" get the direct bus to piazzale roma venice terminal (1 hour trip, ticket 4 euro ppers), then get waterbus n. 1 or 82 (by night line "n") and get off at "ferrovia"

Restaurant
From May the 13th, our hotel offers breakfast! This is a great innovation, since it has been made in order to give to our guests a value added service. All reservations made from this date include continental brekfast (brioches, bread, marmelades, butter, juices, italian coffee, tea, chocolate, american coffee, cornflakes and in the future yogurt and cheeses).
Child policy
Children stay free untill 5 years.
Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed without a charge untill five days before the arrival. After this deadline we charge one night.
How to Book

3. Select your desired number of room. Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel’s contact information and the pricing details.
Attention: no payment in advance and no costs for reservation! You will pay directly at the hotel!
