Domus Cavanis is a recently renovated holiday house with 35 rooms all furnished in modern style. They are all equipped with private bathroom with shower they all have their own television, telephone and independent a/c and heater. The building has a lift and a room suitable for a wheelchair. A full continental buffet breakfast is served every morning in Hotel Belle Arti. Domus Cavanis is in a really strategic location, a short walk from Rialto Bridge and from San Marco's Square

Dorsoduro area is the ideal place to stay in Venice, it is just a few steps from San Marco'Square and Rialto Bridge, but at the same time its quiet streets seem to be miles away from the noisy crowd of the center.


How to reach us
Should you arrive by train, by bus or by car catch vaporetto n. 1 or n. 82 and get off at the Accademia stop. When outside the stop turn left and immediately right. You will find Hotel Belle Arti along the large street on the right handside. Check in there for Domus Cavanis.
From the airport the easiest way is to get a private taxi boat, it costs about 80 Euros and takes 30 minutes to get the Accademia.
There is also a public service by boat called ALILAGUNA, it costs 10 Euro per person and takes 90 minutes to get the Zattere.
Last solution is to take the bus n° 05 from the airport to P.le Roma ( bus station in Venice , 2 Euros per person about 20 minutes ) and then the public waterbus n° 01 or 82 along the Canal Grande to the Accademia station or the circular 82 to the Zattere ( fastest )

A full continental buffet breakfast is served every morning in Hotel Belle Arti.

Cancellations
At least 72 hours before day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the whole stay as penalty.

If you reserve a room with the promo "Non refundable rate" (marked in red with the special price or named this way only) the hotel charges the entire amount immediately after the reservation has been done, and in case of cancellations the hotel won't refund any money.
