How to reach us
By Vaporetto (Water Ferry):

From Piazzale Roma car terminal or Santa Lucia railway station:
- Take line number 1, 52 or 82 to San Zaccaria water ferry stop, which is 2 minutes from the hotel. The journey should take approximately 30 minutes.

From Venice Marco Polo Airport:
- Take the Alilaguna line and get off at San Zaccaria. The journey should take approximately one hour and 10 minutes.

By Taxi:
Stop at Ponte Della Canonica.

Guests who come by car will receive a 10-20% discount coupon when parking at Garage San Marco.



Restaurant
Buffet continental breakfast is served between 08:00 - 10:30 in a beautiful XVI-century salon, or on the tranquil, sunny balcony with canal view.

In case of an earlier departure, the hotel will be happy to serve you breakfast at any time.

Upon request, the hotel will also meet your special dietary requirements.

The self-serve bar is open 24 hours a day.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation, 50% of the total stay will be charged. If the reservation is for one night only, the total amount will be charged. Partial cancellations: night(s) cancelled after the above mentioned 7 days term or during the stay must be paid in full. In case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged. Cancellations need to be done online via a link on your confirmation. If this is not possible, then cancel via email/fax using the details in your confirmation.

Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel’s contact information and the pricing details.
