At least 10 days before the day of arrival. If a cancellation is made between 9 to 1 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge the 50% of the amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation during the stay or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge the entire amount of the reservation. For a stay of only 1 night, the hotel will charge the entire amount of the stay if the cancellation is made between 9 to 1 days prior to arrival.
